These tablets are hard to digest!
There are a lot of good things in this product but it isn’t easy to swallow or digest.

I have to take extra Calcium. This works but is pricey.

Bloods up from 29 to 49 in 6 months.
The strength of my bones as monitored by my GP have gone from 29 to 49 in 6 months. Expensive but I am worth it but they are huge tablets. Difficult to swallow.

Hard to swallow
The pills are large but the big problem is the shape. They do not slide down smoothly. They have edges where a nice smooth rounded shape would have been easier to swallow.

Best Bone Support that I have found on the market. Easy to digest as well. It was recommended to me and I would do the same for anyone who is looking for this sort of calcium support for bones.

Good value and good nutrient coverage
This seems to have the best ratios and coverage of any bone tablet that is also reasonably priced and from a reputable well known manufacturer. I like Solgar.
