Since the product was under warranty, I contacted desertcart, who directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer requested details including photos, my invoice, and my address, which I promptly provided. However, they later informed me that the issue was not covered under warranty. They then directed me to contact one of their sales/marketing representatives, providing his phone number. When I called, the representative claimed he was unaware of the issue, despite the fact that his company had given me his contact. He said he would look into it and get back to me. It has now been over a week, and I have received no follow-up. This experience has been extremely frustrating. I feel caught in a back-and-forth between desertcart and the manufacturer with no resolution in sight. As a long-time user of Cello products, I am deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, after this ordeal, I cannot recommend this product or brand to anyone.
