I'm quite pleased with this. A training exercise video scan comes with it showing you many more exercises that you can do with it. Very sturdy, my grown son and grandchildren have all used it. I use it a lot & have had no issues. I like the variety of positions that it offers. Many different handles, & angles. The pull up strap was not included. I'm a 64 yo woman with very little experience in putting things together & succeeded in putting it together by myself. If you can follow instructions, the parts are easily attached & not weird in anyway. Depending on your skill level, I'd say 10 to 40 minutes it took.

Excellent pull-up bar has all the features I was looking for. Except the back is plastic that sits on the door frame. Would have gave 5 stars if it was metal.

I saw a comment here that it “required 2 people” to assemble. That guy is an idiot. Very easy to assemble without a manual, it’s common sense. Very well built and stable, if it’s too big for your door frame like mine, wrap some towels around the brace points on both sides to fill in the gap.

Despite the instruction book being a small novel, there are actually no instructions in the instruction booklet. It's 99% useless stuff and then a QR code with a link to a YouTube video of a guy putting together a model that this company no longer produces, so the parts look different. You also can't really see close up to see how he is positioning the parts so you have to pause the video, stare really closely, and just hope for the best. That's the first joke.The second joke is that I thought the washer pairs were unique to each section because I put one together and it didn't fit like the others. So I took the whole thing apart only to realize that one of my four washers is just a different shape than the other three. Hilarious!The third joke is that, just for good measure, there are several parts included that aren't mentioned or covered anywhere in the booklet or the video, so it's anyone's guess what these parts are for.The final joke was after all that, the unit is not even. I thought maybe I didn't screw one side in all the way but nope, they are just slightly different lengths (we're talking centimeters, but it's enough where you can still tell).

This fits very well in our doorway. My husband to our daughter uses it. It is holding up well. I definitely recommend it.
