excellent product i was a bit sceptical about these if they really worked or not so i thought id give them a go. glad i did i have bought 4 packets of them now and wont drink unless i have one on. i used to get terrible hangovers and now they are a lot more manageable. you still feel the tiredness but not the sore head. i normally couldn't eat anything until around 6 the next day but with these i am able to be up and have breakfast. maybe its all in my head that they work as people have said to me i don't care they do the job for me. 5 *

Got these as I get pretty awful hangovers, particularly with dodgy stomach all the next day. After seeing a fairly mixed set of reviews I decided that I would see if they work.Put it on just before leaving for a night out. I didn't think it smelled anywhere near as much as some of these reviews say, maybe if you sniff it with your nose right up to it there is a vitamin smell, but it really isn't noticeable. Ended up mixing drinks all night over a 7-8 hour period, and so I was fairly smashed. On getting home I did down a load of water to deal with the dehydration (these patches are not gonna help you with that), and woke up feeling good!No headache, no stomach issues, no dizzyness... nothing at all. Peeled the patch off hoped it wasn't a delayed hangover.Tried again the night after, and again woke up feeling fine. Highly rate these and will be using them every time I drink.

Applied the patch prior to consuming alcohol and actually drank less than usual. However I woke up with the worst headache and was consistently vomiting throughout the day. The smell the patch leaves is also quite bad so all in all I would say it wasn’t worth the money :(

I wouldn’t say these really prevent a hangover however, if you’re like me and get low bloody sugar levels and often feel unwell after drinking rather than actually being hungover, these feel like they save my life haha! I only ever feel some hangover effects, no more feeling like I could be taken to a&e anytime soon!!! Only issue with the last batch I had, was that the adhesion was pretty rubbish! Didn’t stick well at all!!But when they do stick, boy are they a pain to get off! But they do the job, so I can’t complain!They do smell like vitamins, but no one else will smell them, so don’t worry!I find that sticking them to my hip or top of the thigh is usually the best place

I use to use this product years ago and was amazed as I have the worse hang overs so they were a blessing as I would wake up bright as a buttonThe last 2 purchases - not sure if the ingredients has changed but they were not so good - I wore 4 on one night and had a hang over from hell prob say it stopped a migraine and kept it to a headacheDon’t think I will be raving about these no more

We had a heavy 2 day party coming up, which roughly translates into 2 days of solid non-stop drinking and I as I don't tend to drink heavily, I was naturally worried as I get hungover after drinking a bottle or so of wine. I figured, no harm in giving these a go, so I wore one on each day of the trip and I actually felt great on both days. My roughest point was after just 2 hours of sleep then boarding a plane back home, but no hangover in sight...Not even a little one... Just sheer exhaustion. Absolutely amazed.I would say, don't expect miracles if you wear these and use it as an excuse to drink more than usual, but instead use as a pre-emptive pick-me-up for a big night.

8 of the people I went to Oktoberfest with in Munich had the patch on starting 2 hours before we began drinking. After a full day of drinking that would normally destroy me for two days I woke up with no ill effects - just a bit worn out from the long day before. Everyone else in my group reported the same, although one person got a bit of the spins that night probably from dehydration. I expected mixed results and we got very consistent hangover elimination. Not in an rush to do so much drinking again but if we do we will all be wearing them!PS the one person in our group that declined the patch had a headache all the next day.

These really don't work for me. Followed the instructions and after a heavy night these made no difference at all. I tried on a few occasions and if anything I actually felt worse. They are also not the nicest things to try and peel off your skin in the morning and leave a sticky residue. I wouldn't really bother wasting your money on these.
