I travel extensively with work (150 days a year) and present a couple of times a week. This device works well and flawlessly with no connectivity issues when using Bluetooth (don't use the attached dongle). I also work as an Instructor and it's nice to not be "tethered" to a computer when presenting.Light, simple, great battery-life and impressive functionality. Simple to use with minimum distractions with the 3 buttons, though with impressive features configured with the Logitech Spotlight application. The Spotlight feature is welcome for more than the obvious reason of highlighting a portion of the slide, I no longer have arguments with airport security over integrated laser pointers in previously owned devices (I avoid packing gadgets in checked in luggage as I've "lost" too many items when travelling).Easy to use software that's intuitive yet with powerful functionality.The price paid for this magical device on Amazon is almost half the price on some major vendors' websites.

This is an awesome remote for presentations - but it's only awesome if you can install the additional software (which needs admin permissions on your PC). Without the software it's a nice looking and ergonomic remote that goes forwards and backwards with your slides. It doesn't even have a laser-pointer.Wkith the software you can highlight/magnify areas of the screen and all sorts of other fancy stuff that will increase the impact of your presentations.It charges with a custom USB-C cable (which is a bit annoying if you lose it). The remote dongle fits neatly into the base of the remote and it comes with a carrying pouch to keep it tidy. In use it feels very slick. The ergonomics have clearly been thought about. But it is very expensive for a remote. Worth it if you're regularly presenting to large audiences on a stage - not so useful is you're in a meeting room huddled round a desk with your laptop in front of you.

Works almost as well as advertised - the interface is intuitive and the highlighting and forward and back buttons work well. Very easy to install with bluetooth or the dongle.A few things that could be better- clicking the pointer/highlight button briefly will advance the slide - despite there being a slide advance button to do this. This is too easy to do by mistake. There should be an option to switch this behavior off - sadly there isn't.- it would be good to have the option to set the cursor shape (eg to a permanent laser pointer) during presentations - it can otherwise be tricky to pick out where the cursor is on screen and therefore where the highlight will appear.- the long hold feature for the f/b buttons to select a secondary function option doesn't seem to work reliably making what might be a useful feature not one I can rely on during a presentation.-speed of the magnify feature - it is a little slow compared to the highlight feature making it a little shaky in use.The power cable supplied uses a special long USB C adaptor casing and while a normal one does work it is tricky to plug it in.Overall nicely designed and useful product, if the long hold worked for f/b page in browsers it might even replace the mouse when web browsing in some situations.

It’s expensive as others go, but it’s beautifully made and the little tricks it can do are EXCELLENT!The software allows you to magnify / zoom / adjust volume and host of other functions.I was worried it didn’t have enough buttons to do things I need but the reality was most of them I didn’t use, this has everything I need and some.Recently used for some team presentations and everyone loved it! The magnify function caused quite a storm and now everyone wants one!Really solid build quality too!!Yes it’s expensive, is it worth it? In my view - YES!Definitely pleased I chose this one over the R700. Works on Bluetooth so even though it has a dongle, you don’t actually need it

This presentation remote really is excellent.I was looking for a non-laser type of presentation aid in case of difficulties at airport security when I came across this device by Logitech. I had no idea that things like this existed. Having studied the reviews I ordered one and it arrived the next working day.The software was a doddle to install on my MacBook and works well. The Bluetooth connection was established in seconds. Most settings are adjustable to suit your requirements using a nice, intuitive interface.The use of the "spotlight" and the magnifier provides a novel and quite slick way of controlling presentations and interacting with the audience. I'm very pleased with it and it works perfectly. Well done to Logitech for a novel and innovative product.Highly recommended.

The device arrived with no charge, so had to be charged before setting up. It has two ways to connect to my M2 MacBook Air: either via a remote USB A connector included with the product (for which I needed a USB C adaptor) or via bluetooth. However, when I connected via USB the Next and Back buttons didn't work, although the pointer did. When I connected via bluetooth the Next and Back buttons worked fine, but the pointer didn't. Very frustrating. After time spent chatting with Logitech support they were initially helpful but then stopped responding altogether. I then decided to return the product. I have no idea whether I received a duff model, or whether there is some systemic issue preventing proper use of this device with my laptop. Sadly, the tech support was not available to help me determine this.

Without doubt the best presenter and if you present regularly then this is the one you want. More functional and a really nice, quality item.I was amazingly lucky - I found an as-new returned product for just £40 on Amazon prime. Still, I would have paid the usual £79 discounted asking price.You never regret buying a quality product.

Nice tool for presentations. With the Mac app the magnifier doesn't work - it magnifies your desktop image, but not your presentation.

I like the product, makes me feel proffesional when i present on my PowerPoint or showing sport videos and when I can highlight things.

Un pointeur pas comme les autres, puisqu’il permet également de faire des zooms sur des zones précises dans une présentation, ce qui a tendance à impressionner les collègues qui ne connaissent pas !C’est original et ça change des pointeurs laser classiques d’ailleurs celui ci n’a pas de laser à proprement parler, c’est un point sur l’écran (de la couleur que vous voulez) qui remplace le « laser ». Et ça fonctionne bien.Compatible PC et Mac, facile à installer, nécessite l’application Logitech mais facile à utiliser, intuitive, et qui permet de paramétrer complètement la télécommande.On peut également programmer des vibrations à un timer souhaité pour se faire prévenir qu’on est à un temps donné de sa présentation.Plus cher qu’une télécommande traditionnelle mais bien mieux et d’une finition du plus bel effet, ce qui en fait un objet de qualité. Facile à recharger, et la charge tient longtemps. Je ne regrette pas mon achat !

Der Presenter von Logitech hat den entsprechend hohen Preis, bietet aber (typisch Logitech) mit einigen Besonderheiten auf.1) Der Presenter ist länglich, liegt aber smart in der Hand.2) Das USB-Verbindungsstück kann an einer Lasche aus dem Presenter gezogen werden und ist im Vergleich zu Verbindungsstücken anderer Presenter angenehm kurz. Bei den bisher längeren Stücken hatte ich bisher Sorge, dass sie abbrechen, wenn jemand versehentlich hängen bleibt. Das ist bei diesem nicht möglich.3) Die Software habe ich nicht auf die Schnelle finden können. Der angegebene Link hat mich nicht zur Download-Seite geführt. Allerdings unterhält Logitech offensichtlich eine eigene Software-Webseite. Dort konnte ich die Software problemlos holen. Über die Software kann ich die Zeit einstellen. 5 Min. vor Ablauf vibriert der Presenter zur Erinnerung, um zum Ende zu kommen. Absolut genial und ungeschlagen sind die Features dieses Presenters. Man kann nicht nur eine Art Laser-Pointer (kein echter Laser, sondern grüner Punkt auf dem Screen) wählen, sondern wie es der Name verrät einen Spotlight werfen und damit Präsentationsinhalte schnell hervorheben. Alternativ kann man den Kreis des Spotlights als Lupe einstellen.Mich überzeugt die leichte bzw. einfache Handhabe von Logitech und mir imponieren Qualität und modernes Design. So Stelle ich mir Entwicklung vor.
