I like that the back is make alot wider so that you don't have to worry about laying on your back and leaking over the sides. They are quite thick, witch I've never liked in a pad how ever it definitely was worth the good sleep I got for the first time in the 15+ years I've menstrated. ***Make sure the underwear you choose to wear is like granny panties but that fit a little s ug as it will definitely show if they are looser as well as there will be leaks if they are even just slightly loose fitting, as well the back of pad needs the fabric so boy shirts won't do

My daughter use to overflow at night, but with this one she loves it. Even wears it during the day when her flow is heavy or not lol. She is so comfortable with it that she swears by it now. Best purchase ever made.

The main issue is that they don't absorb as quickly as their regular Always product... which means that during fast and/or heavy flows, messy accidents can still occur when changing pads during 'crucial' moments.Ideally, the top layer of the regular Always product on top of the ZZZ pad could maybe make those pads optimal and seriously mitigate the risk of leaks.Otherwise, I am very pleased with the ZZZ product. Comfy, absorbant and great design with the larger back and wide wings. And for a good price, I will most probably buy them again!

So... I always used always overnight the purple pack before the purple pack I used the orange.. when I was young then I went to reusable panties. I thought these would be longer (I am a chubby wubby) maybe I need more because of that. But rael is longer by about an inch or two so I guess I will use that to sleep in and always to walk around in the day. I have pcos so I go through pads fast.. And since I had the stroke i haven't been using my reusable underwear or pads because it's harder to wash.... so I was trying to do pads that I can use in every situation... when I have therapy the fact that it isn't that long would make me have a mess. So during therapy I may have to put one in the front one in the back type thing. I will have to see. Overall it's not a bad pad for possibly a person that just has a regular heavy period and not for a person with pcos. I gave them an extra half star because I've always used the brand. But i would give them a 3.5
