This stuff is AMAZING!!! I have a slipped disc and several separated vertebrae which leaves me in a lot of pain. I take Neurontin and opiate pain meds and neither of them are ever enough management for my pain. Biofreeze is an absolute necessity in my life and I don’t know what I would do without it. For new users, please keep in mind that for some reason, it works best when there is added pressure to the affected are after applying. For instance, when I put it on my back I feel a light cooling sensation that gives a bit of pain relief. HOWEVER, when I sit with my back against the couch after applying, it amplifies the cooling sensation by 1000%, where it practically numbs my whole back. So apply. Then lay back, put on the tube or grab a good book and relax. One downside to this stiff is it does smell. My husband, who is very sensitive to smells says it burns his eyes. Another, is if you have back issues you will need someone to help you apply it. But other than that, I seriously don’t k know what I would do without it. For me it takes about a half hour to wear off. But even though I cant feel the menthol passed that point, I can still feel the pain relief. Most of the time it takes over an hour for my pain to get bad enough where I need to reapply. Also, keep in mind that even though it smells, the smell doesn’t really linger on clothes and furniture. So if you forget to put down a towel, don’t worry. In a couple days the smell will be gone.

I love Biofreeze it works great. I have a large bottle for home use I purchased the 3pack travel size so I could take 1 on vacation. It rolls on easily. It helps with my arthritic knees.

Biofreeze works! I use it for pain relief on my arthritic hands and back. Easy to carry in purse and I keep one in the car. It goes on easily with the roller head and isn't sticky.

I love this stuff. Have been using it for arthritic pains for several years. Discovered it works great for relief of nsect bites as well.

The roll-on style of Biofreeze is convenient and easy to apply. The odor is a little pungent when first applied, but dissipates after a few minutes once the skin quickly dries. The roll-on bottle should last a long time, and is convenient for carrying in a gym bag or stowing in the medicine cabinet. Biofreeze's cooling sensation precedes any actual pain relief. Relief develops slowly as the odor fades, and lasts for quite some time thereafter. This works well on strained muscles, but in my experience is only mildly helpful for a deep tissue disorder such as a shoulder misalignment, etc. Overall, pretty good stuff.

I have a shoulder replacement in 2 months and this role on has helped to take away a lot of the pain.

This white bottle of Biofeeze has 1% more of menthol and seems to work better than the green bottle.

I had a friend recommend this product as I experience knee and hip pain. The roll-on applicator is easy to use and the Biofreeze clear liquid dries quickly and no heavy scent. If I get up during the night and I have any aches, I'll use the product and I get relief that allows me to fall back to sleep. The only complaint I have is with the company (Peace Beauty Love) in the Amazon Marketplace I purchased from. The expiry date is November 2020, which is in four months. I was told by my massage therapist (also an advocate of this product) that since the plastic bottles are individually sealed the Biofreeze won't lose it's potency.

We have used the product for some time for a variety of pains and have never been disappointed in its expected performance. It goes on smoothly. Is not greasy and performs quickly effectively. For several days, I was waking each morning with cramps in my legs as I was getting out of bed. After applying Biofreeze to my legs at bedtime, I woke up the following morning without the cramping. That was about a week ago and the condition has not yet returned. If it does, I will repeat the procedure.

This stuff works the best on my bulging disks and nerve pain it causes. Only product that gives me some relief as I keep trying to fix my back! That is why I bought the 3 pack! And less expensive than the physiotherapist office where I have been buying it for months! Thank you

Have used this in the past and still am. Good product that does ease muscle aches and pain. Use it for sciatic and arthritic discomfort and does work well. Nothing totally gets rid of the pains, but this product comes close, is easy to use and the roll on is not sticky or oily like others I've tried. Nice scent.

This is the only thing that gives my husband some relief with his knees & joints. And he’s tried a lot of pain creams over the years. Excellent product & came 3 days after I ordered instead of the projected of up to a week or more. Very pleased & well satisfied...
