easy to use
LOVE IT \worked right out of the box - no complicated programming \large colored visible buttons - unlike the original remote (black on black with tiny buttons and required glasses and a flashlight ) \price is right - i'm ordering 2 more \

Difficult Programing
Very difficult device to program. Unable to get all buttons working.

Easy for older person to read, but needed to scroll left and right.

Did not work with a TCL tv....
As universal remotes go, this was not easy to setup. There were no codes that worked for my TCL smart TV.

Nice big button remote
I bought this for my mom when she moved into an assisted living facility. She struggles with dementia and the rehab center (prior to assisted living) was using this exact remote. It's simple enough to not confuse and very easy to program with her LG TV.
