Can I use GiffGaff mobile sum with dongle?

Yes, absolutely. I ordered a new pay as you go SIM and bought a £20 (or was it £25) 80 GB single month package. The coverage is very good and it can handle multiple users. Very pleased with it.

Is this for to recieve Internet in the car for google

You can connect to the internet using this dongle in car usb socket.

Do i need a computer to use this or can i just connect it to a usb port and connect my i-pad wirelessly? i want to use it in a caravan.

There’s a label under the removable cover and the password is on there. It’s called Key, not password.
