What is the difference between the loov organic wild blueberry powder in the glass jar (£12 for 100g) and the one in the paper bag (£17.90 for 90g)?

The one in the glass jar has a different drying process. I believe the one in the jar is dried at around 42 degrees. That means they've been cooked and lost many of the nutrients. This one is freeze dried making it similar to a raw product = more nutrients.

Hi can you tell me how many spoonfuls I apply to make a drink and the quantity of water to mix with please? Also can I mix it in with porridge?

Add some milk to your bowl then add one teaspoon of the powder mix. and stir in then add your porridge and stir well add more milk if you want to With the drink you could add one or two teaspoons with about half a pint of water its according to your taste Enjoy
