I know that to maintain good eye health it's important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and essentially have a healthy diet that's low in sugar, sodium, trans-fats, etc. While I do my best to be healthy, sometimes I know I don't get the amount of nutrients my eyes probably need. I'm so glad I found out about this product because I feel like I'm making sure my eyes are getting the nutrients they require, even on the days when I'm not the best with my diet as I know I should be. These pills are easy to take, I don't have any bad side effects and they are just what I wanted. I'm going to buy more today.

I'm terrified of getting an eye disease and I'm super-careful with my eyes, Even though I need corrective lenses, I won't even wear contacts because I don't want to risk any damage to my eyes or vision. I was so glad when I came across this supplement and saw all the great reviews about it, which prompted me to try it. There have been no improvements in my vision or anything (which I wasn't expecting), but I feel confident that I'm now providing my eyes with a bit of a health boost, which honestly makes me feel better about life in general. Overall, I do find they are less strained and dry. I honestly don't know if this is because of the supplement, But I don't even care hahah. I'm just happy my eyes are feeling good. :)

Easy to swallow and I have used this product for only 11 days and I am noticing improvement in my vision...I hope it continues to improve.....Thank you.

It's a pretty good product

Eye diseases are common in my family and while I know you can't always avoid bad genetics, I do believe that you can take care of your eyes by eating the right stuff and providing them with adequate rest. Although I do try my best to eat well, my job requires me to stare at a computer screen all day and I've been suffering some pretty bad eye strain, which has led to some very dry and comfortable eyes. I wanted to do more than just take eye drops to lubricate my eyes and was really happy to come across this product. I've read good things about the ingredients and have been taking this supplement for about a 2 weeks now. My eyes are less dry and irritated which makes me feel good about my choice.
