Bisley cabinets are known for being good. This is a lot more flimsy than I expected, not as tough as I would expect a filing cabinet to be, but then it is on special offer and it does serve the purpose well. The drawers are a bit offset, but it's for home and simply to store paperwork. If you are using it for home office I suggest investing in something much sturdier but if it's simply for home organisation then it'll do perfectly.

Good product for the price, domestic in nature, so locks but would not stop someone from breaking into it (but you would know it had been broken into due to the damage and it’s not meant to be a safe). Overall fit for purpose, but could have been made with one or two mm thicker sheet steel.

Really pleased with how smart this is. Looks great in the office and is so much better than the old one. The only real gripe is the lock. It's completely useless. It locks the bottom drawer to the top one. So when you then open the bottom drawer it just pulls the top one with it. So you can only lock the bottom drawer, and it's not exactly secure.

These are superb value for money. They are constructed from light weight but strong metal. They work flawlessly and give the impression that they will outlast me by many decades.

This filing cabinet was of poor quality and the lock was faulty within a few months of use, we have asked to return the item but the supplier says they are waiting for their supplier to allow this and we have spent 3 months trying to return a faulty item that we paid for in good faith, but we are getting no where with it, we are a charity and cannot afford to be paying for goods that don't even last a few months.

I'm not sure if this was badly packaged (upside down with no padding or protective material), badly handled by the courier, or just a poor quality item to start with. All three, I suspect. The casing is flimsy and dented and the drawers don't align, so won't close without a lot of shoving and jiggling (and even then don't fit properly). I wasn't expecting great quality for £65 but I wasn't expecting it to be this poor - it's unusable. I've returned it.
