Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) (5.2 Inches) Touch Screen, 32GB Storage, Android 13,22 6.0 – Black

My existing A5, bought new in 2017 had got a sloppy USB port and had stopped fast charging and the volume buttons had fallen out.I was nervous of re-furb stuff as I had a bad experience with one earlier this year - BUT - this one is greatThe condition of it looks just as new, I can't see a mark on it and it took about 15 minutes to port everything on my old one to this "new" one. I ran the battery down to 10% (playing with it a lot) and it was back to 100% in 57 minutes.As a bonus it arrived in 2 days.I cannot recommend this product and seller highly enough

I've just received my phone. It arrived as promised, next day via Prime, just a little over 24 hours of ordering.I've just put the phone on to charge, so I haven't used it yet and will post a review of the actual phone itself later. But all looks well so far, and I thought I'd post some photos of the box and contents for anyone thinking of buying it - it may answer some questions. The two things I've found interesting so far is that it comes with a mini-USB to USB-C converter. I was thinking of buying one so I'm glad I didn't. And it contains a kind of metal pin to help insert the sim card .

Great phone, my son loves it. However, it only came with a European plug. Luckily I had a spare charging adapter otherwise it would have meant extreme disappointment on Christmas Day.

Arrived a day later than expected, which can be put down to the Xmas volume - Royal Mail. Supplied with UK charger, not an adapter for 2 pin which is also included. Inserted sim, software updated and all seems to be working OK. No problems encountered as yet.

Has a very sleek and modern design. It has been exactly what I had hoped for! 5 stars!

Very happy with phone

After two years a charging port stopped working. My hubby looked inside and phone looks as refurbished not new.
