It is beautiful so shiny and soft. It’s easy to put your pillow in, plenty wide enough. It is thick enough so I am not worried about getting a hole. First night I slept on it my hair was perfect even with a Cpap face mask on. Usually my hair is frizzy and all over the place. I didn’t even wash it in the shower. I didn’t have my usual hair breakage all over. The second night my granddaughter crawled in bed with me and when we got up there was a big drool spot on it. I put it in cold water and hand washed the spot and the stain came out beautifully. I put a towel in the bathtub and laid it on there to dry.
