This pumice stone works! I have purchased many, many pumice stones. All shapes and all sizes. I would work for hours to try to get the rings and water stains out. It was nothing to go thru 2 4" stones for one toliet. This pumice setup is not only easy to use (no more on your hands and knees) it is very comfortable. It doesn’t seem to need much pressure to work. I used one stone for one toliet and there's still some left. The ends are extremely easy to change! I would highly recommend this product!

I kept reading that a pumice stick was the best option to help me fix my toilet stains (without adding scratches that would make the problem worse)… but REALLY hated the idea of keeping a short pumice stick around after it had been inside the toilet bowl. So I kept putting off purchasing one, and instead just dealt with the ugly orange rust stains. This solved my hesitancy — and after finally trying a pumice cleaning solution, I’m finally seeing results. I should have searched for and purchased this way back when - it would have saved me a whole lot of effort. I only used 1 cube and the terrible rust stains are 95% gone. I will likely reserve these to use less often (possibly every other month or so) to supplement the more gentle cleaning pads I typically use. Tips: Wear gloves, and be prepared for a bit of elbow grease + a bag to dispose the used head in. Combine with the “iron out” tablets to help keep long term rust staining down. Find a place to store the spare heads inside their plastic tray in advance… I’m still trying to figure that part out and they’re not the nicest things to look at. Got all the gunk built up from old pipes in my toilet. Little elbow grease necessary, they do crumble in water easy so a gloved hand is better than the pole included. But it worked!

It works as intended, but the bottom wears out quicker than the sides so I couldn’t use the whole stone which was disappointing. I think the shape could be altered to make the whole thing usable. Other than that, it made my bowl sparkly and look like new!

At first I was very skeptical of this product. I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed at how well it works cleaning the hard water ring out of my toilet. Scrubbing was minimal and I saw results within seconds and with very little effort. Be sure to wet the pumice in the water and swoosh the water around on the area to be scrubbed before scrubbing. It’s an important step to reduce the risk of scratching the porcelain. Scratching the porcelain will cause it to collect and worsen the reoccurring hard water ring more quickly over time. Plus it will make it more difficult to clean the toilet so it actually looks clean. If you are cleaning multiple toilets I would recommend you use the same pumice for all of the toilets to save yourself some money and then toss it when you’re finished. Note: if I run into any surface issues on the porcelain I will be updating this review.

Removes rust stains and metal scuff marks from auger use. Small enough to reach all areas of the toilet bowl.

It is very effective in cleaning the stubborn stains, and it won’t scratch the ceramic tile and metal. And it’s eco-friendly and safely compared with chemicals and cleansers. I also use it to clean barbecue racks, grills, tiles, ceramic. I find it is really so useful! I highly recommend you to have a try!

The stone insert part doesn’t clip onto the handle so it swivels and is impossible to manipulate with the handle. I had to remove the stone and use it with gloves to rub the surfaces.
