Best glass teapot that I have used.
I bought this teapot back in 2019. At that point I was going through a glass teapot once every 3 -4 months because I am clumsy and forgetful. This teapot has survived numerous bumps and boil drys. It cleans really easily too. The glass is thick enough to provide a strong teapot. I heat up the water in it on top of a gas stove. It can hold 2 large mugfuls of water which is pretty impressive. It has a pretty design and frankly is worth every penny. I will buy it again.

Perfect teapot, used daily
Pours perfectly, but the spout is quite delicate and easy to chip unlike the rest of the glass which feels sturdy and has tolerated a few bumps. All the glass has rounded edges so very comfortable to use and clean. Holds heat well and I’ve been using it daily with a candle warmer, the handle stays cool when used this way. Large opening so easy to clean. The lid has to fit both the teapot and the slightly smaller strainer, so the lid is a little loose when used without the strainer. There aren’t many gaps in the strainer so it’s easy to block when using larger leaf tea, and the tea strainer gets very hot so can be awkward to remove. Highly recommended, I love this teapot

Didn't get to try it out as ridiculously fragile unfortunately.
Came with the inner bit broken. Without it the top is wobbly and trying to test if it stayed on while pouring the lid fell off and broke the spout! You'd think it was tough like pyrex but it's made from the most fragile of glass so I doubt it would last 5 minutes! Such a shame. Looks pretty though.

Great value
Well packaged! Fast delivery and very good value for money! This is my 2nd pot as I accidentally broke my 1st after a lot of use. Highly recommend

Beautiful and practical
I am really pleased with this teapot overall. It holds a large amount but it does feel like the space is wasted slightly as you can’t fill it up or it will fill up the spout. I had wanted to use it on the stovetop which I did on a medium setting but wasn’t brave enough to do it any higher and it took forever to get hot enough, but it’s good to keep warm or reheat. It looks really lovely and the insert work great. It feels strong too and the handle stays cooler, shame the lid doesn’t too. Overall really good and I enjoy using it!

Great pourer!
It looks really beautiful and is the best pouring teapot I’ve ever had, no drips at all! However as with any teapot it’s tricky to clean the inside of the spout and that’s more obvious with it being glass. Highly recommended.

What a Teapot! :-)
I am seriously in love with this teapot. Perfect combination of form and functionality. Love that it can be used (gently) on gas hob and in microwave, that it looks so great, and pours so wonderfully. And although, 1.2 litres might sound like quite a bit, it doesn't appear to be that big, but holds (in my humble opinion) the perfect amount of tea, either for one person studying/working and not wanting to do a refill - if it goes cold, just reheat in the microwave or on the hob. Or for entertaining. LOVE THIS TEAPOT!

Update: I decided to return this in the end. It is a great little pot, but I ended up wanting a bit larger one. I chose to buy the Buckingham Palace Tea Pot by the same company. It’s a few hundred ml larger capacity, and I found I preferred the look of it better as well. It also doesn’t have the paint on the ceramic steeping insert. I don’t wish to lower my review since this is still a great pot. If I had need of two, I’d keep it. And I would still highly recommend it. ....... I had a different pot like this years ago when I lived overseas. No clue why it took me so long to think of getting one again. I’ve been using an old sun tea jar which holds the volume I like but is hell to pour when it’s hot. I finally had the brilliant idea to get a heated pot like this and chose this model for it’s size and how sturdy it looked. It arrived super quickly and I put it to work immediately. It is smaller than I’d thought, but seems to hold almost the same amount as my old sun tea jar, so that works just fine for me. I often leave some tea leftover all day and now I can reheat it with the candle easily. Plus it’s just lovely to look at. It pours wonderfully with no spills. The handle is ergonomic and very sold. It’s well constructed overall. I can’t speak to the insert for loose tea as I haven’t tried that yet. My hesitation with it is that they painted it with the same design as the handle. Frankly, I’d rather not steep paint in with my tea. I wish they would have abstained from that part. I suppose I could try sanding it off... One of their other models has a ceramic insert that isn’t painted. This is really my only complaint about this product. Otherwise it’s a lovely attractive piece that will provide me endless pots of warm tea.

TLDR: beautiful and functional design. So far, very durable. Pours like a dream - seriously, this is the best teapot I've ever owned. What a delightful little teapot. I wanted something all glass so I could see my loose leaf teas bloom, as well, to limit exposure to boiling water on plastics. I haven't tried it directly on the stove top, so I cannot attest to that claim. I pour already heated water into it over the leaves, as I have an electric kettle with a thermostat, so I can adjust the water temperature depending on the type of tea I am brewing. So far, performs as expected. It's not insulated, so the tea will cool off unless cozied. Be mindful when handling it, but the handle is large and feels quite sturdy, so my knuckles don't come into contact with the hot body when I'm moving it. The glass brewer has fine slits etched into the bottom, they are not sharp, though I haven't gone fingering them too much just in case. They do allow very small leave bits to pass through, but it's not a big nuisance. It pours so well, you can avoid most of the little leaves if you're really fussy, and just leave a little behind in the pot. I can't get over how well this thing pours. Most teapots I've used still drip a bit, despite my best efforts, but not this one. Pours like a champ. Just be sure to hold the lid on when you're getting towards the bottom. The size is great for me. I like brewing one pot and having a few cups slowly as I go about my business. I haven't filled it all the way to the top because the water starts going up the pour spout, because science, but it still holds a lot of liquid. It's plenty big enough for my boyfriend and I to have a couple cups each. It's helping me meet my hydration goals for the day as well, because I want to use it. It simultaneously feels study and yet delicate. I wouldn't handle it too roughly, though, it is glass after all. I only hand wash it. Do watch how you put the lid down when it's not on the teapot. The nice glass handle turns it into a top haha. It came with a few of their blooming tea balls, I haven't tried those yet so I cannot comment on them at this time. I don't usually come back to leave reviews, but this teapot has been such a joy since I got it a week ago, I had to.
