Now Foods BetterStevia Extract Powder, 113g

Poor quality stevia. I bought this thinking that buying in bulk would be a time and money saver. How wrong was I, although not the worst I have tried, it is not very sweet at all. My fault for not checking is purity level...oops!! It did not state it. Trust me, this is not good value.

That it is organic and good amount of it

It's a pain in the backside waiting for it to arrive - you have to get organised and order it before you run out.Aside from that, it is the best stevia I've found. I have been using this brand for about 5 years and won't change unless I can find the same quality in one I can buy in the UK - but after many attempts to find one, I haven't so far.Highly recommend.

Beware of 'stevia' products that are mostly erythritol. They may appear better value, but you'll need to use a lot more for the same level of sweeteness. This one is expensive for a reason. Just don't try and bake with it on its own, as more than a little amount will give you a bitter end flavour. Instead, buy pure erythritol, which is 70% sweet compared to sugar, and increase its sweeteness with 1/2-1 tsp of this stevia. Best low-carb/keto/sugar free baking results.

I really like this product, it is true to the packaging and you only need a small amount so it lasts a long time.

Organic although taste may not be to everyone's liking; is somewhat artificial tasting, which paradoxically may be because its not mixed with other/bulking agents. Concentrated so a little goes a long way.

I use this product in herb teas like ginger and lemon tea. I sweeten stewed fruit with it. Do not use in coffee as distorts the taste.
