This arrived on time and fluffed up well when removed from the vacuum packaging. Only took a few minutes to zip the top part on. It looks nice. The base pad is very thick. Our small dog hates it, unfortunately. She has pulled the cushion out and will lie on that for a short time, but refuses to go inside the house ! If we put treats inside, she tips the whole thing up to avoid going all the way in. Luckily we did not throw out her old bed which is also enclosed, but maybe less dark. It has been a waste of money.

Very happy with this product it took a while to come due to postal strikes. But once it came bunnies love it they have had a few wee accidents but it’s so easy to wash in machine one of the reasons I bought it . After was was still in good shape and was still nice soft and fluffy for them .
