Fits as expected but I wish I had gone down a size.. I went with medium because that’s my safe size (5’6 fluctuate a lot so 155/173lbs) it fits just right for me now but I am trying to slim down so I should’ve done a small probably. The shoulder straps are adjustable but only so much so I am going to sew more Velcro to them to make them tighter fit to me.Love the coverage area, the extra perk of lower back support for posture and the material ( makes you sweat!).I am going to have to look closer because I didn’t see the over chest strap on mine.Wore this to the gym for cardio day and I was not uncomfortable in it, definitely sweat, wore it to my desk job and it was great to help with lower back posture(if nothing else as a reminder to sit straight) but not so much shoulder posture, gives you some pudge spillage over the top behind your pits ( if that’s already a problem you deal with like I do) and there is a strange “puffing” in the back of it as shown in the pictures (not sure if that’s somehow where the chest strap is hiding and would be fixed by that?).All and all it’s what I was looking for and close enough to perfect for me.

I think I'm going to like it. I'm going to order a smaller size I hope it gives me the support that I need at the gym or anytime I wear it. I'll give a review on my second one that I received

It is made of not a good material but it helps a lot just make sure u size up 2 sizes at least!! I’m a XL and bought a L n still not enough! I weight 178 but my belly get bloated like big big!! It make u sweat though

I was super excited about this when I first got it. Im 5'4, 175-180. Large in the chest and had to return the first one because it was too small. The second one I could barely get on. When I did get it on, I did not like the parts that go around the sides of the breasts. It doesn't fit right and makes my breast look ridiculous lol. But it is great on the wait and your posture. I'm sad it's uncomfortable for me, because other people's reviews and pictures look fine.

It definitely fits true to size. I definitely appreciate the chest strap above the breast. It has hooks before you zip it up which sucks you in especially with the straps to go around the waist. I typically wear it around the house or running errands. I wouldn’t wear it during a intense work out if you are not use to it yet. It does have wired braces that appear to removable. Otherwise its very comfortable. I would recommend.

When I say this waist trainer will have you SNATCHED. I wore it for 2 days and already saw the difference in my waist. I’m going to use it for a week straight and see how many inches I lose off my waist. Hands down the best waist trainer I’ve ever bought. Bought a large, can’t wait to get to a medium. Love it
