Its good as a very light lunch with salad on the side or fruit afterwards or I will enjoy drinking one after coming in from a long walk when my hubby's having tea & a biscuit. It's a protein packed low carb treat. Full of collagen too good for joints and skin health. Highly recommended. Pricey, I'll admit and the only downside I can say is that it comes frozen and you have to keep it in your freezer till you're ready to use it so they do take up a fair amount of freezer space especially if you buy the 7 pack. If they could be kept in the cupboard would be easier but then they'd need to be full of preservatives and be processed which defeats the object. These are pure, organic and just made with bones, organic vegetables and herbs with seasoning so a minor inconvenience is worth it to me.
