Hello, does the warranty card have your shop seal/stamp to give a proof of your warranty?

Hi, i have just checked and the warranty card is not stamped. However the small print states that if the pen needs service under the warranty you just need to send proof of purchase. You can always just print off the receipt of your Amazon. I have quite a lot of Parker Duofold fountain pens both international and centennial sizes and I have never had a problem with any of them. My pen did not come with an official pamphlet/certificate - is this right and who can I contact to resolve this please?

I believe Amazon source their stocks from various authorised distributors. And yes, mine came with the necessary papers of authenticity. Try contact Amazon, else contact your local authorised distributor.
