It does what it says on the box, perfectly.
The shampoo i brilliant, really brought out the silver, also toned down the blond, very happy with shampoo. The delivery is another matter, it had spilt out everywhere, obviously a leak, lost a lot of shampoo, quite annoyed about it, did complain but nothing.

Gave three stars purely for the way it arrived havent used it yet. Was all over box and the pump doesnt even work! So lost half before i have even had chance to use it! Not too keen on the smell either

Best for removing yellow/copper tones from bleached hair.
Really works to get rid of yellow and copper tones in my bleached hair. I have naturally mousey hair that goes red very quickly so I was left with intense copper tones even when fully bleached. This shampoo works wonders even after the first use. Does dry my hair out a bit so I use with a really nourishing conditioner. Don't leave on the hair for long because it is so intense it will leave a purple hue in your hair.
