First off: yes, it's a little loud. But when your breaking the sweat it's bound to give you'll barely notice! It's super easy to adjust/remove the links and the fact you can add or remove weight to your preference is fantastic. The sizing was spot on for me, there's zero pinching and I haven't had a single issue with it's durability or usage since I got it! The glide of the weight is smooth with no catching, and it's remarkably easy to use. I purchased this to increase my cardio and help strengthen my heart, and daily use for weeks now has done it's job plus helped me drop 10lbs! If it seems a little frustrating at first, don't give up, there's more than one way to hoop just find what works for you!

Definitely worth the risk of losing $12, if you're not sure if it's a phase or a dedicated routine. I see all over social Media that the item is junk and cheap, compared to the name brand. It's not true. It's pretty durable.Very easy to use and assemble. The speed depends on your overall durability and pre-existing maneuverability. So the use of the device and it's speed will pick up in time. You're basically using a weighted hoola hoop. If you can't hoola hoop, it's gonna be a struggle at first until you get those back muscles working again.This comes with 24 clips and fits around the upper gut of a size 2X (not XXL- 2X USA size) torso. If I wanted it around my hips (3X USA) it would need at least 8-10 more clips. For now, it rests at my diaphragm. (Between my rib cage and gut.)I first used it for maybe (3) minutes to produce test and found it comfortable. I did have trouble find a spot to initially try it, due to furniture and walls in my way, to keep the steady air flow with the weight. (Objects can interrupt the flow.) Just in those three minutes, I immediately felt my hip joints and back moluscles respond to the product.Start slow. A few minutes a day and build up the momentum to the 30 minute goal for best results. If not you will be extremely stiff.I found this to be something "fun" to do periodically throughout my days off or through out the week until I can loosen up my back muscles and hips, for a full routine workout.

I like it but it's very noisy. Love that it's easily adjustable but wish it came with an option to have a heavier weighed ball as well. Definitely gets my sweat going great start to my workouts. Seeing some progress with love handles and firmness in lower stomach

It works well enough. Not as smooth movement as my original name brand. Good value for the price, bought this cheaper version for my grand daughter so she would leave mine alone.

It's simple and does burn belly fat. Only thing is it's a little in the noisy side, but that's to be expected since it's weighted ball spinning on a plastic track lol. I usually workout with headphones on, anyway. Assembling it is super easy. Even a child can do it. No instructions needed. It's pretty self explanatory. I definitely recommend this product.

This is way better then I was expecting for the price granted it's fairly cheapish plastic but its made well specially for the price, it works it's alot easier then a normal hula hoop but ive also always loved playing with hula hoops and they're Definitely different feelings between this hoop and a normal hula hoop ,might be alil difficult for a complete beginner, everyone is alittle bit different on what's easier just remember practice makes perfect :) the ball glides well the color is pretty, the sound of it's really not to bad but is a tiny bit noisey and the price is unbeatable, if your thinking about getting it to try....I say go for it :) I'm sure you'll really like it 😊

I’ve been using this infinity hoop for a week now. It definitely works, which I am very happy for considering the price—I had my doubts. There are just a few issues:1) it’s loud. I live alone, so no problem. It might be an issue for some though.2) it gets stuck every now and then. It stinks when you got it going on a roll, but otherwise, I just start it again. No biggie.3) it takes a few tries to master this hoop, be patient. I watched a how to video on youtube (hoopsmiles) and that was all I needed to get going.4) this product is wonderful for a beginner, like me, to see if you like doing this kind of exercise. The item is low priced, is of fairly good quality and is customizable in size, weight heaviness. It will even grow with you as you get better.Otherwise, the packing, the shipping, the quality, setting it up were and are all fine. Nice item! I’m glad I chose this one out of the thousands of choices.
