The best hand degreaser
I've been working on my cars for over 40 years now and in those early days there was only one available product. It worked but, it was not pleasant to use and took a fair amount of effort to remove the grease and then wash off. When Manista was introduced, at least 25 or more years ago, I almost couldn't believe how good it was at shifting oily grime from my hands and often as not, from my clothes. It is very effective, washes off easily and is pleasantly scented. Not only that, my hands don't feel like they've been cleaned in turps. The addition of polythene granules was quite inspired. This is the product of choice as far as I'm concerned.Nowadays though, like most car mechanics, I tend to wear vinyl or nitrile gloves because they are cheap, disposable and certainly thin enough to feel what you are doing in practically most cases. However, there is always a pack of Manista under the kitchen sink for the few times I forget the gloves (or can't be bothered more like).

What a hand cleanser
Manista dissolves grease and oil. It has a pleasant lemon odour and washes off easily, leaving the hands perfectly clean.

Excellent hand cleaner, my second tub.
A good hand cleaner that does the job well and rinses quite well. Good at getting under the finger nails. Goes a long way, only use a small amount.Good product.

Degreases and moisturises really well
I work on cars/bikes as a hobby and some days need to clean hands 4 or 5 times. I’ve used this product for years and rate it as excellent. Degreases really well and does not dry your skin out. Quite a nice smell too.

Far better expected
I remember using a well known product brand as a kid that my dad would buy to clean oil, grease and whatever rlse from our hands when tinkering with tools in the garden. With my current job no matter how many times I wash my hands at work, the hand cleanser won't get all the dirt off and I thought I'd give this stuff a go as it's far cheaper than the well known other product brand.I'm sooooo glad I did. Wash hands as normal using soap then go in "for the kill" using a small amount of this stuff. Don't need much but work it in and it really does get nearly everything off my hands leaving them so much cleaner, almost like I haven't been to work.

Better than Zalpon Zorange cleaner!
Used this hand cleaner for the first time today and I found it cleans much better than the Zalpon stuff I have been using recently! Much more grit and cleaning power! Brilliant 👍

NNAATTUURRAALL? How far can you stretch the word?
This gets a mixed review. The hand cleanser works well, leaves your hands in good condition and smells of lemons, all of which would get 5 stars. However, the packaging is the same as other reviewers have noted, not up to the mark. Mine had a shattered lid and while most of it was in the container, there was 25% in the plastic bag and 15% outside both. Fortunately the cardboard box stopped it at that point. Obviously I had to find alternative packaging, the lid being split and in 3 pieces. I was hoping that the word natural would have some meaning for more than the primary ingredient (Water), but the granular component, while perfectly functional, is polythene, which will not break down in my lifetime. I would prefer a pumice or other non plastic abrasive. I googled Cocamide DEA, or cocamide diethanolamine and found that http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cocamide_DEA classified it as 'as possibly carcinogenic to humans. ' Trideceth-7 seems to have a low toxicity but as it is a polyethylene glycol ether of Tridecyl Alcohol I think 'Natural' is pushing it a bit. Lauryl Sulphate is given a low to moderate hazard risk as long as it doesn't stay on the skin. My eyesight gave up at this point because the ingredients list is in very small print. I assume this stuff is actually quite safe, but I think the word Natural is being stretched a bit far, and will try to find something 'greener' next time.

Excellent hand cleaner
ThisProduct is very good to remove dirt and oil from your hands after working on engines. The only issue I had was that theLid was not protected properly for carriage, the lid cracked and leaked the hand cleaner into the plastic bag.I did get a full refund which was fair.
