I was Intrigued and thought I'd give it a read. It hasn't many pages but it definitely worth reading.

I think this books works well and it is fine fot the value. It reviews some of the most heart warming moments of the show and links it with the psicology behind it. Easy to read, I enjoyed it. The book itself does not seem that good in quality.

What a brilliant book. I have only watched one series of the show and loved it, but didn’t realise the hidden depths within it. Lucy Broadbent’s book is a brilliant piece of writing unveiling Ted’s core values and those on which we can all aspire to and are within everyone’s reach. It prompts self reflection and offers so many insights into human understanding and how to become a better person. It is easy to read and since reading it, I have bought 4 more to give to my friends and family, who are struggling with issues in their lives at the moment and I sincerely believe it will help them find their path.

Really good book, not too long, makes for a great read when you are on the go or for any occasion and makes for a perfect gift for any fan of Ted Lasso

This is a very well written and timely reminder that we need to look after ourselves, our mental health and emotional wellbeing. Whether you've watched the TV series or not, there's an abundance of heartwarming good advice and suggestions, which are easy to use and put into practice. I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and I'm taking Ted's lessons onboard!

Heard of Ted Lasso looked him up. Read Lucy’s interesting take on Ted Lasso. Now all I need is the t-shirt. The book is a fun packed, thought provoking read reminding us of how we must look after ourselves in this crazy world.

Recommend for all Ted Lasso fans out there! 10/10. Read whilst waiting for Season 4!
