Question for trufflehunter: what exactly is truffle flavour listed in the ingredients?

It is an artificial chemical that has nothing to do with truffles, made in petrochemical labs. It is not truffle and that’s 99% of the flavour any of this company’s products comes from. The truffles they use are summer truffles which are of zero culinary value and they illegally call them ‘black truffles’. Black truffles normally wholesale at £800-900 per kg so what they’re selling you is a chemical not a truffle. Be careful and read the labels carefully.

its just minced truffle and a little oil(making the best truffle oil ever), its a good amount.

Has truffle hunter tasted it (he admitted here to not tasting his oils.....)?
