It lasts me quite some time with twice daily use. In my opinion the volume of liquid alone is worth the money.First impressions of the bottle is that I certainly wouldn't be ashamed of this sitting on my bathroom shelf, its a lovely design, though I know this is not really important. On the top of the bottle is a very good quality pump - I've had face washes before where the pump is flimsy, cheap looking and breaks easily, this is certainly not the case with this one.I find the pump a very handy addition to this bottle and it doesn't splurge out too much gel in one go, it dispenses just the right amount in my opinion.The gel itself is not too watery yet not too thick, allowing me to nicely smooth it over my face, lathering up nicely when mixed with a little water (I will discuss how well it washes later) and I must say that the smell is fantastic, almost delicious! I actually look forward to my face washing routine because the smell is just so nice!HOW IT WASHESA little about my skin: I never used to wash my face regularly, and if I did, it was with hand soap and little in the way of moisturiser. Needless to say my skin suffered, I had very deep routed blackheads and nowhere near what I would call a clear complexion. After getting my act together I tried a few different low cost face washes and found that most simply did not do the job.I have combination skin which is also quite sensitive. I wanted something that would remove those blackheads, clear my skin and not be too harsh, all at the same time. It took a while but I finally found it!I used to think that if I wanted to clear those black heads then I had to go at it with the strongest most eye-watering face washes I could find - WRONG!After using this product for a few weeks I certainly noticed a difference; it didn't take many applications for this to really do the job, I was quite worried how I would get on with it as most face washes made my skin rather blotchy with regular use, but not this, I've never had a single issue.So, back to the review:The face wash gel itself is lovely and smooth, very easy to apply to the face and as mentioned above - smells great!It's very good for sensitive skin, it really is gentle but in no way does that mean it isn't tough on those spots and blackheads.The Glycerin it contains leaves my skin nicely moisturised and smooth, works great to stop my skin getting greasy and shiny so quickly and it moisturises without clogging pores and aggravating blackheads.This face wash leaves a very nice matt finish to my skin. It stops my skin going shiny for many hours, eliminating my need to top up on powder and in turn stopping me from clogging my pores! I find it leaves the skin very soft and hydrated and also found I had to use much less moisturiser.My complexion has cleared right up! My blackheads are virtually non existent, my skin feels supple and smooth and I no longer have to deal with greasiness or dry skin. My complexion is excellent now - my skin has never been better! I don't use any fancy expensive products, just this twice a day and an oil free moisturiser.I have been using this for a few months now and I have nothing but excellent things to say about this. This face wash really is making my skin feel fantastic without the price tag to go with it. I can see how that would be a problem in hot and humid environments.For my oily skin however I can wear it without looking greasy, but that may depend on individual skin absorption and personal knowledge as to hot to prevent shine.It contains a fragrant oil (without any potentially irritating components) that smells nice, but it is rather strong. However, the intensity of the smell seems to decrease over time.
