I am not half way through this bottle yet but it only calls for one tiny pill! I would definitely recommend this if you know someone who has trouble with swallowing pills because this one is not very big. Well, it’s not super tiny, but for some reason, it just seems to go down pretty easy. Maybe it is thinner than other pills it’s size I’m not sure. However, even the nature of this supplement is that it doesn’t have any real harsh taste so you could also break it open into food. In any case, it is very hard to say because I’m also doing other things, but I have had a lot more energy in the last couple weeks. I am not necessarily making that clear link directly to this supplement. But I do like taking it in the morning with my mushroom coffee, and I count it as a benefit to my system accordingly. It does claim that it is formulated to benefit your heart health, which I definitely need, however, I have not really researched why this particular formula is good for your heart health. I am definitely going to continue to finish the bottle which actually is a good amount. And will last me two months. That is a decent value for a supplement of this sort if you can afford it.

I didn't experience the most common GI side effects of discomfort, loose stool, and so on — but these are always a possibility.
