Do i need a Bonder , or this primer is enough, with base coat, color and top coat ?

The primer should be fine without an additional binder.

Is this a primer used for acrylic? Does it work with the retention + ?

I use it for my CND Shellac. I have quite oily nail beds, so it helps to totally dry out/dehydrate the nail in preperation for my base coat. If I don't use it I find that the Shellac starts to peel.

I assume this is a primer?? why does the description says it's colour???!!!

Excellent primer! My Bio Gel lasted over a month with absolutely no lifting. The only reason I redid my nails (after a month) was to change color. Just be sure that nails are oil-free (cleaned with rubbing alcohol) before applying the primer.
