Why am I being asked to review this as a toy ? Due to the fact that this has a thin nylon chord that you put around your neck I certainly would not be recommending this to any one as a kids toy.As an adults fancy dress accessory it's cheap looking but does the trick.

Absolutely brilliant value! I bought it for my son who had to dress up as someone from the 1960s for school. We chose a hippy and this accessory was perfect and very eye catching.
