Pretty sick phone for $200
I like that it has both OxygenOS and HalogenOS for display of the app icons and the functionality of the phone. You can make it work like a traditional Samsung (home, back, other buttons) or you can make it work like an iPhone (gestures and swiping). Its camera is decent, but if youโre looking for a phone AND camera, there are much better options. Here are the reasons I chose it: - Works with Mint Mobile* - Cheap (getting away from paying $1000+) - I have much more customizability over how many apps I can put per page (this is an Android thing to my knowledge) - AUX PORT (very good, high quality aux port that makes a firm connection with my apple earbuds) - Still has Android Auto, so you can connect to newer tech in the car (itโll pop up asking if you want to enable it, I think the option you want to choose is multimedia) - The power and volume buttons on this thing are really well made and give a satisfying click - USB-C charger - Music player (I use Youtube Music) - I am a simple person who wants an mp3 player and a cell phone in one device *Note: according to Mint Mobile, this phone will work with them, but I have not actually purchased and tried the plan myself.

Outdated 5G android phone
The phone is good, it stays fast for about a year, until it slows down around a year in. The battery life I have not seen too much of a problem with, but it did slow down in charging. In the year 2025, the software stopped receiving updates, and this is a bit of an outdated phone for about this day and age, but it serves the purpose of a 5G android phone.

Phone Is Okay and Worked but . . .
The phone arrived on time. Even though it's a refurbished phone there was nothing wrong with it and worked as expected. I copied all contents from my old phone using Smart Switch and a USB-C cable. I observed that the phone is on the heavy side even though the size is medium. Aside from this, the phone is also operating on the warm/hot temperature and you have to be vigilant with your settings because the phone is prone to lowering the screen brightness if you do not get the brightness setting right - and it's tricky. These are the things to gripe about except which I consider negative characteristics. Keeping the phone however, because it's very inexpensive.

Make sure to double check the fine print
When i received this product it was well done, maybe one or two scratches but not noticeable and good for a refurbished phone. However they state the phone is unlocked. I'm not sure if i got a defective or if this is a scam but mine was locked and couldn't be unlocked due to the previous owner not having paid their bill in full. T-Mobile, the company it was locked with, wont unlock it as one of their assets is all payments must be paid and not overdue. T-Mobile themselves couldn't help, customer support was a frustrating process to run through and the seller wasn't as helpful either in my opinion. They seemed to prolong everything and i'm not expecting compensation in any way, i just wanted some help on the matter. So i had no choice but to return it and i am currently fishing for something else. I just advise you try to be careful when buying a product from them. I'm sure they sell actual authentic phones or maybe i just got the tip of the hat and got a defective.

Even better camera than my Huawei P30 Pro
When the Huawei P30 Pro came out, I spent $750 on it - a year AFTER it was released. The phone and camera was one of the very best/considered a flagship phone. I refused to get a new phone for over three years, as a result - I was stuck with Android 10. It started lagging and emojis weren't showing, from other Android users - who had Android 12. This N20 phone was only $182, a year after it was released. My dad actually gave this Oneplus Nord N20 5G phone to my hubby and I noticed the camera quality (64MP) immediately. The only negative side to this phone is, if you crack or break the screen - you'll be paying $189-$200 - to get it replaced. It'll cost just as much as getting another N20! These are the pros: An AMOLED screen Uses a dual operating system: Android 11, OxygenOS 11 Has a Qualcomm SM6375 Snapdragon 695 chip Has an aux jack, as opposed to only using wireless buds. Has a fingerprint sensor and accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer. Takes a nano SIM card. Has a 4500mAh battery (li-pro) Uses a type C charger and fast charges in an hour and thirty minutes. Cons: AMOLED is costly to replace/repair. For a phone that costs $200 - it'd be better to replace phone. I hope my review was helpful for you.
