They demonstrated its proper use and they didn't just use it under eyes, in fact between the eyes and frown lines were part of the demonstration as well as laughter lines. Assuming the area around the mouth stays dry I can't see it being a problem, as the product is temporary it would bad rendered useless if got wet consistently. I even occasionally put a tiny bit on the end of my nose to prevent shine - it works so why not! The vital thing is to shake thoroughly and use such a tiny amount, so tiny you can't imagine it would be enough. If you do both these this you will get none of the white powdery look some have mentioned. **Q: what is the best makeup to apply after application** A: I use powdered mineral foundation like bare minerals as it doesn't interfere with the eyes entail at all! **Q: what to do when it thickens up?** A: Never tried anything to thin product. Will be trying those few drops of water. **Q: best place to store** A: Hi I didn't rate this one as much as the rox, I kept the rox in my bag and was fine to use as Andy needed it .the other one went very crusty around the top of it.
