Bought this to replace an old tired duvet. Currently have both on at 15 tog and they're perfect for the winter in my cold house. They are weighty but not too heavy, defintely comfy and has a quality feel. When the summer finally arrives i'll be looking forward to removing the heavier tog duvet and having a lighter and cooler duvet for the summer time!

I bought this single duvet for use in my spare room. It is warm and yet lightweight and really comfortable to sleep under. The duvet arrived tightly wrapped but was easy to get out of the packaging and quickly expanded out to a decent thickness. One important feature for me is that it is hypoallergenic, the filling being synthetic rather than feather. As I have a friend who has skin allergies, it’s important to me that when they stay over the bedding is as “safe” as I can make it. So using this in conjunction with a good quality cover achieves some peace of mind. For this reason, it’s also good that it’s machine washable. At 10.5 tog the duvet is warm (but not too warm!) most of the year round although my spare room does get a bit cold in winter so I sometimes add a throw over the top for additional comfort. As with other Silentnight products I’ve used, the quality is very good with the duvet being well made and even after washing, no clumping in the filling. Overall, I very much recommend this product.

A duvet that isn't necessarily as heavy in weight as expected, but is however, lovely and warm, very soft, good quality and promotes a very comfortable nights kip - all good.

Good quality, perfect size, looks great on your bed. Very light and very warm. Good value for the price compared to other shops. Would recommend to others.

Wowee, I am a hot sleeper and was really looking for a 7.5 tog duvet for the coming winter. I struggled to find one that I felt comfortable buying, then I found myself looking at this 10.5 tog duvet and read many reviews which were very convincing. I hesitantly ordered it. On arrival I really thought I’d made a huge mistake, it’s very thick although not overly heavy, I put it on my bed and really wasn’t expecting a good nights sleep, however this duvet proved me wrong. I had the most wonderful night, it was heavy enough to know it was there but didn’t pin you down, I was warm and cosy and to be honest I didn’t want to get up in the morning. The filling is light and fluffy and it’s like sleeping under a cloud, to say I love it is an understatement, I was so impressed that I decided to order silent night pillows, I was looking for firm support but couldn’t find them here sadly so I had to buy elsewhere. So last night was my 2nd night with the duvet and 1st night with the pillows and I slept for almost 9 hours solidly without even waking to use the bathroom. They may cost a little more than other bedding but they are worth every single penny. Both the pillows and duvet are the best I’ve ever bought, I’m a 75 year old woman so I’ve been through a lot of bedding over the years.

Super thick and warm. We didn’t even need the heater at night. Great quality and worth the money

Incredibly fluffy soft and warm blanket. I have a temperature of 7 degrees in my house in winter and this blanket envelops me, I sleep like in a cocoon.

Very cosy duvet, warmer than I thought it was going to be but I get a great nights sleep with it. Probably too warm for summer use though. It'll get a lot of use during the cooler months. Feels nice and light, traps the heat well.
