Considering milwaukee won't warranty anything purchased through amazon, how will it be warranted if i purchase this through amazon?

Milwaukee will warranty it not off the date of purchase but the date of manufacture. This is built into the serial number when you go about doing a warranty request. I have had a couple batteries and tools that have had to go in while under warranty. If buying through Amazon you don't know have control on how old the tool is, hence could already be out of warranty.

Do this impact wrench come with the battery

You can get the option with a battery but this one is tool only

Worth every penny for a mobile tech

I did about 5 wheels before it got to 2 bars. This thing is a beast, it is easily as fast as pneumatic impacts. Maybe not as fast when just spinning. But it takes the lugs off like they were nothing. I love it. Used it multiple time and have had no "loose lugs" as someone complained of. Milwaukee recommends using only the 12.0a battery. That's all I run, has been great so far 👌.
