Great post sell service/ warranty. *by on Reviewed in the United States September 27, 2023* I had some experience with the brand, as I had purchased before the A1 and the Black Forest, both great writers. However when I got it, in spite of the great built quality and solid feel when writing, there was an issue with the nib. It looked slightly misaligned and it was scratchy when moving from left to right. I tried re-cleaning the nib, writing a few pages to break in the nib but the issue persisted. I contacted Amazon but they indicated to contact the seller. Upon contacting the seller they offered to send a replacement nib, which arrived in five days from China. The nib arrived without any issues, well packaged. It was easy to replace by just rotating it to the right. Once cleaned and inked it was surprisingly great writing, very smooth, with a lot of ink flow.
