Bought for should sprain. Works almost as good as the ones I used in PT. Picture shows 10 lbs to 50 lb. I received 20 lbs to 60 lbs. I wouldn’t use the 10 lb one any way so I’m happy. Only issue is that two of the ones I received are red. The size is on each band but parts are already wearing off. I’ll have to mark them with the size so I’ll know the difference. The door mount was easy to install and works good. Overall great product

Easy to use
This set is really easy to use and definitely helps save space since I don’t want to have to pack around a bunch of weights. The only negative was there is a plastic piece over the top of part of it that makes doing some exercises uncomfortable on hands/legs/back. Also the little black plastic pieces that cover wear the ropes connect in a loop moves and pinches you. Overall though it has been a good set and does what I need it to do.

ok but not great - the handles broke almost immediately
I was able to get this onto the door and it's pretty sturdy there - but the handles that came with it broke. Rather than deal with the hassle of returning it, I just bought a different set of handles for $6 on Amazon which work fine.
