DERMAFIRM Age Reviving Firming Cream A4

The cream absorbs really well into my skin. It doesn’t give it a greasy feeling but creamy enough to hydrate. It’s also completely scentless which I like!

It hydrates and feels so good on the skin

It's a strong scent but I do like this line. It does make my face look more plump and hydrated. I've been using for about a year and with other products from this line and others, and I will say that I haven't wanted to change so it is a mainstay for now. I think it's a mix and match situation based on your needs and this brand is easy to layer.

It takes surprisingly little to cover my face and neck and spreads so easily. I really like how my face feels. Hydrated, dewy, not at all greasy. No scent, thankfully. It's usually difficult to tell if beauty products work, but I actually feel like my skin is improved after just 2 weeks! I have mild rosacea and freckles, but since using this, my skin tone is without a doubt more even. Redness basically gone, dry flakes gone (dryness had returned because I ran out of collagen/hyaluronic capsules). And one more thing. I've been using an eye cream that's supposed to get rid of dark under eye circles and it was doing a decent job but not 100%. I used a combo of this cream and that one and the circles completely disappeared. !! I've had them for decades! I tend to doubt myself, wondering whether results are real or imagined but not in this case. They're real because I actually left the house with NO concealer the other day! That's not something I ever do!

DERMAFIRM Age Reviving Firming Cream is packaged in a thick, heavy plastic tub with attention to detail. The safety pull tab cap is recessed, so there is less fumbling. The cream has a buttery soft texture, and it melts quickly on the hands and skin, spreading easily. My skin is not oily or greasy after, despite having oily skin. It moisturizes well, great for overnight, maybe a little too heavy for day use for me. Scent wise, I am very sensitive to scents. DERMAFIRM Age Reviving Firming Cream has a scent that reminds me of children's tempera paint. It is faint and only when I open the tub and smell it. When I rub it on the skin, it is fairly odorless - great for those like me who have issues. So many of these anti-aging creams are heavily scented like old lady perfume.

As I get older, I find myself needing more skin moisturizing. My skin dries out, especially in winter. To see what I thought of this cream, I used it morning and night, instead of my usual moisturizer for the past week. I like that the cream is not scented. Not everyone likes scented cream, and scent does not improve skin texture. The cream seems to be of a medium thickness, neither too thick or too thin. It is absorbed easily into the skin and leaves my skin feeling soft and moisturized. I guess my only complaint is that it seems to work as well as my usual, less expensive, moisturizer. Many creams take long term use to make a significant difference and it could be that a week is not a long enough trial period. Also, it may work better for a less aged skin than mine. While this seems to be a good cream, as of yet I have not seen enough difference to cause me to replace my usual cheaper moisturizer with this one. I reduced the rating by one star because of this.

I have reached that "certain age" when facial wrinkles are appearing! I have never before tried any "anti-aging" products because they seemed rather expensive, and not guaranteed to help. I decided to give Dermafirm a try. The jar is attractive to sit on my vanity. I was somewhat surprised that the product was a rather brilliant orange - I was expecting white or pink. The consistency is also rather thinner than I had imagined, not greasy or sticky, and soaks into the skin quickly without leaving any color on the skin. While I don't have expectations for an overnight "cure", I am hopeful that there will be a noticeable improvement in skin tone rather quickly.

This is a nice cream that absorbs quickly into the skin. It's not sticky as so many other choices of facial creams are. There's no odor which, to me, is a big plus. I'm not sure of the ingredients as the ad copy spotlights its proprietary Astasome. I will concentrate on the vitamin C which my dermatologist has recommended that I use. It seems a good product that feels good on my face with no irritation.
