I bought this because I have a really hard time getting to sleep. I’ve used melatonin and other sleep drugs. The melatonin worked at first but after awhile it stopped. I thought I’d give this a go because of all the reviews and if it didn’t work oh well I only lost $30. I figure sometimes these things you buy online work and sometimes they don’t.The results were amazing. I fell asleep and felt like I had a lot of deep sleep. If I woke up I’d put it on again and again I was out like a light. At first it took awhile to get used to because of the electrical pulses but I remember other reviews saying stick with it for least a week. I didn’t like the feeling at first but stuck with it. I’m glad I did. I would recommend to anyone who has sleep problems. It seriously works but you have to stick with it until your hand gets used to it.I love it so much that I’m getting a second one for my son. He can’t get to sleep. Again he was really against it (used some bribing) and now he’s stealing mine.
