My grandmother has dementia and is living in a nursing home. She always complains about not being allowed to have pets. So I got this for her. Her face lit up and she said that she loves it. It looks so real and it is soft. I hope the battery lasts.

I lost my cat a couple of weeks ago. This is a mechanical toy, that is a little steep for what it is, but every time that I am feeling stressed and wish I had my cat to pet or am missing him, I pet this one and it feels like a good way to ween myself having an animal. (We've opted not to adopt another.) Anyway, have really been enjoying it and I rarely leave reviews, but I'm using it. P.S. It's purring is mechanical sounding, I don't have the problem one person did with a clicking noise, but I could see it annoying some people because there is no off switch (or I couldn't find one). It could be softer.

I got this for my MIL that is moving into an ALF. She can't take her cat that she loves. When we gave it to her today she cried. This is truly a perfect gift for someone that has dementia. It's so soft, it does purrr and has a breathing motion like a real kitty. It even comes with a little fur brush, a little pet bed and adoption certificate if needed. A great gift for a child to 80 plus! I definitely recommend this 👌

Quite cute with the bed and brush and adoption certificate. The older lady I bought it for, who just lost her aged cat, was very thrilled with it.

This thing smelled horrible like plastic chemicals and there was no way to turn it off. There was glue sticking out of things that it just did not look realistic it was more like holding a petrified dead animal that made weird mechanical noises Non-Stop.

I love her. I can not have a real cal and yours makes up for that.

Points Positifs ; * Beau et peluche genre fourrure et couleurs sont très bien fait * pour jouet ou biblo, ornement de salon pour faire jaser c'est parfait car il pourra faire facilement duper vos visiteurs, même de près 😊😜 (surtout grâce au mouvement de son ventre qui laisse croire qu'il respire ). Points négatifs * Manque de réalisme au toucher pour plusieurs raisons. * Plus petit que je l'imaginais, mais peut passer pour un chaton de 2-3 mois. * Il est dure comme fait de plastique puis touffes de poils collé sur la carcasse * Léger. Trop léger. Donc plus près du jouet qu'un chat réaliste qu'on peut mettre sur ses genoux. * Il y a des restant de colle sur son pelage. C'est désagréable en le flattant. * Le PLUS irritant est le bruit clique dans son ventre à chaque mouvement de respiration, ce qui annule l'effet de ronronnement (qui est le moteur du mouvement de respiration) . Ce dernier point à été la raison principale qui m'a incité à retourner l'achat. Ce n'est pas ce que je recherche et j'aurais pu faire avec les autres points négatifs mais le bruit click click click comme du plastique qui se croise, ça non ...

Je le croyais en peu plus gros. Il est doux. Ma petite-fille va sûrement laimer. Batteries et petit cousin.
