Will these be good to use on 6 - 10 mile tabs with the army while carrying a lot of weight?

They are amazing..... By far the best product around as I tried around 6 different products to help with a damaged toe..... I wear it for football, walking and some mountain biking......

I have pain on my left foot on the ball of my foot which worsens after i do my dance exercise class would these help me

I believe these would help you because my husband had pain on the ball of his foot. He was working a twelve hour shift and doing a lot of walking with in this time. He said the gel cushion relieved the pain, helping him to walk without pain.

How may times can they be worn before needing to buy a new pair?

I have had my pair for quite some time and are still giving protection. I think that if they are used constantly you will feel the difference and that will be the signal to purchase another pair. I do not wear mine all the time, mostly on long walks (playing golf)
