Can a autodialer be added to this kit .regards Andy** A: no problems the auto dialer just needs to be wired in to the power supply for the alarm 12v side. programme your dialer and on activation just come bell output -v toactivate the dialer that will then reset when the alarm is reset **Q: Does this come with installation instruction? I am trying to replace my existing main panel which is faulty.** A: Comes with basic instructions but you can download the full manual online **Q: Does it come with a new code which you reprogram or does it use your existing code from your old unit , thanks.** A: I believe it comes with a code of 1234, that toy change with your new keypad yo whatever you want it to be. The user and ecineering instruction booklets are comprehensive so you should be able to install it and programme it easily enough **Q: What size back up battery is needed** A: Hi Tony sorry for the delay in getting to you. In my Veritas Alarm Panel I used a Yuasa NP2,8-12 Battery. This is a 12 volt 2.8 Ampere Hour Battery. In addition to the electrical capabilities of the battery but just as important, its physical size is Height 65mm X Width 65mm X 132mm.
