I bought the Hoka Bondi 8s expecting quality for the price ($165). What I got was a pair of shoes that started falling apart in under 90 days. I used these mostly for walking—6000-10000 steps a day—hardly anything extreme. Despite that, the treads separated from the soles in just three months.I thought maybe I just got a defective pair, so I filed a warranty claim. The return was supposed to be processed in 5-10 business days. Well, here we are 30 days later, and nothing. No refund, no replacement, no communication. To make matters worse, I already sent them the shoes, so now I have nothing—no shoes, no money, no response.Hoka's product quality and customer service have been abysmal. Buyer beware—this company does not stand by their products. Don't waste your money on these cheaply made shoes and this unresponsive company.

These shoes are the best! I have arthritis in my feet and these shoes are the only ones that I can wear and still be able to walk at the end of the day! I highly recommend these shoes. I normally wear a 7.5 but I order a size 8 for this particular shoe. I love the fact that Hoka offers fun colors as well as natural colors so no matter my mood I have a sore I can wear. Yes they are a bit pricy but they are worth every penny. I've tried other brands but I always come back to Hoka.
