Is it good for baking sourdough bread?

Yes, I have made all sorts of bread in mine and gives each loaf a beautiful crust. Remember though, it should be soaked for around 15 minutes in water before going into the oven to heat up. After that, you can transfer your dough to the clay pot. I get the best results cooking for half an hour with the lid on and then fifteen minutes with the lid off.

Can i cook in the oven rice beef or fish also? Also, how long it normally takes to cook dish e.g. Chicken, in the oven? How to use it safely?

I have never cooked rice in it, but I cook all my joints of meat in it, I like to cook on low and leave it in for as long as possible, it comes out so tender! I also do casseroles too.
