**Q: How long does this keep for? A kilo could last me months**
A: It should have use by date on packet? but as long as it is kept in dry, cool place. If it has been opened - reseal it air tight and it should keep for around three to six months. When re opening, if it smells stale, do not use.

**Q: does this product cotain yeast**
A: On the packet it says...Ingredients - wheat flour, salt, ammonium hydrogen carbonate is added as a raising agent, this decomposes during the manufacturing process. Hope that helps.

**Q: How is this 5.99 per kilo when a kilo costs 7.49?**
A: ROUGH RUSK AND PINHEAD RUSK

**Q: Is this pin head rusk ok for venison sausages? How much will 1kg of rusk make.  Thanks**
A: Yes, it works for any type of meat. I can't remember what quantity I used but we have made three batches of sausages of about 2kgs each and still have well over half left.
