Gorgeous screen, 12V, 20Watt, portable HD TV
I bought this for use during power cuts, because my big 4K TV draws 200W, and will flatten the solar house battery in one night. It literally arrived one day before Storm Darragh, and an 18 hour power cut. So it got unwrapped and put to use. I was beyond pleasantly surprised to discover this (quite frankly) "no-name brand" TV had a perfect picture out of the box. No adjustment necessary. And I believe the claim this is an IPS panel, because the rich colours and deep blacks reminded me of the first time I used a Dell IPS monitor. IPS means no problem viewing at acute angles, unlike cheaper TN panels. It has a power brick for mains power, but also a long (two metre) lead to a cigarette lighter plug, so it runs on 12V as described. I opted to test a portable "power station" backup battery with a DC cig lighter outlet, and it said the TV was drawing 19 to 20W DC. HDMI connection to the satellite set top box, and I had 30 hours of sat TV available to watch by candlelight. The fibre optic broadband was also functioning (but might not be, depending on where the power cut is, and how your broadband is powered), so streaming services were an option too. The one disappointment was the sound - it seemed very tinny, and a bit quiet. I added a little base, and jacked up the volume setting, and when viewed at a suitable distance for the small screen (for me, that's about 6 feet) the volume is acceptable. I could always plug in headphones for better sound, of course, but I wanted an actual TV experience. I think the main issue was it simply did not compare for sound to my usual big TV. But at this power and price level, that is to be expected. In other words, the sound was "average", while the HD (1920x1080) screen vastly exceeded my expectations. In short, this IPS screen is amazing to look at. And the low power draw, plus the ability to run on a 12V DC supply (a car battery will do...) makes this the perfect portable camping / power cut companion. There is a 100mm VESA mount option on the back, too. (4 threaded metal inserts, not even plastic!). The twin plastic feet will hold it up just fine (it is ridiculously light) but they do feel flimsy, and can easily slip off an edge if table area is tight. I'm going to use an old monitor swivel mount so I can clamp it onto a table edge instead. Then I can have it hover over the reclining chair at the perfect angle...

All good so far
Early days but seems like a good TV for the money. Bought for my camper van. Managed to get it for £80 on Amazon warehouse. Came fully boxed. No complaints about the picture. Perfectly good hd quality. The sound is a bit tiny. But for the money I wasn't expecting anything great. Works with a fire stick and can plug directly into the usb so no seperate plug and can run TV off 12 volt socket. Also connected my Bluetooth speaker to fire stick for improved sound. The cheapest smart 12volt TV I could find was £160 so this worked out cheaper. Only negative was my fire stick remote could not turn TV on/off or adjust sound.

TERRIBLE AND POOR SOUND
Do not buy. This is basically a converted, cheap PC monitor that has a tv function added at the factory. I wish these cheap hybrids were banned unless they’re fitted with better speakers. It’s basically landfill. The speaker is loud and tinny and very hard on the ears. If you turn the volume above 30 the speaker struggles and there is distortion. You would need an extra sound bar for £100 to fix issue. Search for a proper brand in the 24 inch range if you need a small tv. There’s currently a Toshiba 24 inch for £120 that is much better and has proper speakers.

Super tv
We have this tv in our campervan, easy to set up and installed using the wall bracket (bought separately), one of the screw holes on the back of the tv for the bracket wouldnt tighten but wasnt an issue as tv is so lightweight the other three hold it tight enough. Picture quality is great, we are using a firestick so not sure if this makes a difference or not. Ports on back of tv are various and enough to plug in firestick and its charger into the USB port. Cigarette plug works no oroblem and leisure battery power is using 0.5 (about 50w) on our system so happy with that. For the price of the tv it is worth every penny, no more using a tablet to watch our favourite shows. Must buy in my opinion. Also comes with 240v plug for house use. Very happy

Wall mounting is an issue
Tv has has wall bracket mounting holes on back but when I came to install, the holes are un threaded I've had to take the back off unit drill the holes out and bolt through, not ideal so be aware if youre planning on wall mounting.
