Been using this oatgain for a month now to put some weight back on after being Ill, the flavour is great it mixes easily without any lumps of powder still in there,and I have put just under 14llb back on so happy customer 👍.

My son buys this monthly to try and put on weight, he likes the taste and it has a nice consistency. We don't really know if it's helpful for gaining weight but he going to carry on using it.

Good product as i have purchased a few, good mixture of protein and carbohydrates good taste i bought this under a promotion shame the price went up or i woukd have purchased again Happy overall

This product is amazing keeps you feeling full like it's ment to and is also yummy😋

The macros in this shake are very high and are sure to provide fast results for weight gain. One serving size is a whopping 160g which makes up 1/15 of the tub. This serving gives you 46.6g of protein and 78.4 grams of carbohydrates. This is enough to fill you up for half the day! For comparison, a similar weight in potato gives you 30g of carbs so you are having more than 2 potatoes with each serving. If you are looking to gain weight fast, then this might be a good solution however they recommend you have this 2-3 times a day. At that point, you are replacing your meals as these shakes are super heavy and filling (I am struggling to maintain 2/3 of one serving). I don't think that these shakes are good meal replacement as although they contain extra vitamins and minerals there are a lot of key requirements missing. In addition, following their recommendation would mean that this lasts you less than a week. I would say take as many grams as required by dividing the macros to what you need. Otherwise, this a great tasting shake that will give you the boost that you need during intense exercise and aid in your efforts to gain weight alongside a healthy diet. It contains taurine for energy which I am not too fond off because of the health implications and I have my protein shakes after my workout - so don't really need it. Oats are a great source of carbs so that was good to see.

Unreal results from using this. I do BJJ and didn’t realise how much I was under-fuelling myself calories wise. Since taking this my output has been so much better. Also nice not having to eat all the time to get the calories needed. Highly Recommend for people wanting to get better output for their cardio.

Ich kaufte das, weil mein Weightgainer aufgrund der Krise leider nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Mir war wichtig, dass wenig unnötige Stoffe wie Zucker oder Aspartam drin sind und das ist erstaunlich schwer, solch eine Alternative zu finden. Auch die Dosis ist für mich ein Kaifkriterium. Bei diesem hier, sollte man zwar mehrmals am Tag 160 g zu sich nehmen, das is meiner Meinung nach aber viel zu viel und zu oft. Den Herstellern muss endlich bewusst werden, dass wir keine 50 Euro die Woche für Weightgainer ausgeben werden. Der Geschmack hat ab und zu einen leicht bitteren Nachgeschmack, kommt sicher vom niedrigen Zuckergehalt und die Haferflocken. Leider macht mich dieser Gainer nicht sonderlich satt, wie andere, aber habe ja bereits erwähnt, dass ich es nicht einsehe mir da beinahe 2/10 Kilogramm reinzupfeifen. Der hohe Preis besiegelt noch das Schicksal des Produktes, sobald mein Hauptgainer wieder verfügbar ist, wird das Ding sofort ersetzt. Momentan nehme ich das als Ergänzung zu meinem Frühstück, aber leider kommt nach 2h schon wieder der Hunger. Kurz vorm Feierabend/kurz vorm Training bekomme ich wieder Hunger und da bieten sich Kohlenhydrat in flüssiger Form gut an, habe gemerkt, dass wenn ich das vor meinem Workout trinke, ich einfach mehr Kraft habe und bessere Ergebnisse erziele. Daher Empfehlung nur für Leute die nicht jeden Cent umdrehen müssen und wer sehr wenig Zeit hat, oft (echte) Mahlzeiten zusich zu nehmen.

Ich finde diesen weight gainer eklig ab dem ersten shake. Inhaltsstoffe sind gut, preis bisschen teuer. Aber geschmack (meiner meinung natürlich) sehr eklig. Konsistenz wie rotze

Schmeckt wirklich nicht gut

Ich habe diesen Weight Gainer geholt weil ich Muskelmasse aufbauen wollte trotz viel Ausdauersport und dem damit verbundenen Kalorienverbrauch. Die empfohlene Portionsgröße ist ziemlich groß, das hat beinahe nicht mehr in meinen Shaker gepasst. Die Löslichkeit in Milch und Haferdrink war aber gut und der Geschmack (Schokolade) war auch okay. Gut finde ich, dass pro Portion auch sehr viel Protein enthalten ist und nur wenig Zucker. Oft sind in anderen Produkten ja hauptsächlich Kohlenhydrate oder auch viel Zucker enthalten. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass der Weight Gainer in der kurzen Zeit schon geholfen hat, habe aber erstmal nicht mehr davon nachbestellt. Wegen der großen Portionsgrößen hält eine Packung leider nicht so lange.
