Fabulous, fun, colourful and well-constructed toy for children.... and husbands!
This is a truly fabulous toy and my son adores it (actually, I have to confess enjoying playing with it myself!). It is well-build, with the base and struts being sturdy wood, the slides and little platform at the top plastic, and the sweet little motor cars wood. A year or so ago I bought a similar model from John Lewis, but the useful platform at the top actually makes this one the better version, as the cars have somewhere to park and rest when not zipping down the slides (the John Lewis cars just get lost as there's nowhere to put them). Toys of Wood's version also has the added benefit of having four cars as opposed to John Lewis's three. The slides are brightly coloured; they work well - the cars slide down swiftly; and the whole item is very attractive and well-constructed. I would highly recommend this to any toddler or young child (or even, possibly, husband as a "fun" present! I know I'm tempted...!)

Not as heavy as the original ones.
It looks identical to the original car sets i had for my sons wooden car garage toy, however they are not the right weight / heavy, resulting in them not gliding down the wooden slides as easily, smoothly and they get stuck or tumble down. I bought it as a replacement to the ones we lost in moving house.

Fun but Needs Some Improvements
I recently got the Wooden Car Ramp Race Track Toy for my toddler, and while it's a fun toy, there are a few drawbacks.Fun and Engaging: The numbered wooden cars are great for teaching numbers and colors. My child enjoys watching them slide down the zigzag ramp.Safe and Sturdy: The cars are safe for toddlers with sturdy wheels and non-toxic paint, which is reassuring.Environmentally Friendly: Made from sustainable wood and eco-friendly paints, it's nice to know this toy is safe for both kids and the environment.Drawbacks: The paint does tend to stain if bitten, and the cars show wear and tear after a short period. Additionally, the wheels, while sturdy, sometimes don’t roll as smoothly as expected.Overall, it's a good toy but could use some improvements in durability and paint quality.

Great for cause and effect or object permanence play.
Bought for my ten month old as a cause and effect toy. He loves to play with it and carry the ramp around so it is certainly durable! The cars are too little to let him play alone but it's a lovely toy! He'll be playing with it for a longer time yet which is the mark of a good toy!
