Love this letterboard
I love my product! It arrived with no broken parts, my only complaint is that when I first hung it- the back metal hook broke right off and I had to superglue it back in place... the wood seems too soft for the tiny little screws... it wasn’t that big of a deal, as it still works... but more of an annoyance that the product wasn’t 100% perfect (Also the gold letters do not come with the kit, they were ordered separately)....I will say I like this plastic letterboard over the felt simply bc it’s easier to keep clean and keep the dust off of it! Simple and easy to use, big hit!

I thought the quality was terrible. I would have sent back
Item is as described! Very cute, however, it broke within one day, and I hadn't even hung it on the wall yet. As soon as I removed the cardboard packaging, it came apart at the corners. I was able to hot glue it back together, but for something that's more than $20, I thought the quality was terrible. I would have sent back, but I didn't want to deal with shipping.

Awesome product, however the letters and characters were ALL missing from the package! Package was not damaged and was subsequently given as a gift! Pretty embarrassing when half the gift was missing!

Good Quality, but.....
It's a great quality product. It was broken when I received it, but I glued the frame back together and all was okay.
