The only good thing about this was the shipping. It arrived on time. The bad, I paid $50.00 for what is essentially a Lego set with no instructions. It's so odd. It comes in a zip lock bag, labeled for 6 year olds, with no instructions and innumerable intricate parts and no part list, so you just have to hope the set is complete. There is a card in the bag that says if you want instructions you have to scan the QR code and then enter a C code. It's like you are trying to break into fort Knox for Lego instructions??? And finally you load the instructions and they are a series of pictures with no words, no numbers, no arrows, no diagrams. So disappointed. We will be returning.

This is not a Lego brand kit, so be prepared for awful instructions. You have to download the instructions from a site that is in a foreign language. Then some of the pieces do not match the color in the instructions and some pieces you build are too small to let the gears turn inside making it useless.

The instructions for this project as other reviews have stated are quite challenging to follow, with some steps being completely backwards and not assembling in the best manner and some colors not matching. There are four yellow gears that will need to be placed on step 59. Do not place the gears as illustrated. The gears will also not fit, to fix this use 4 of "Plate 1x4 with 2 Knobs" (Part Number #92593) from Lego. For an example of what this part looks like see the photos. Replace the gray 2x4 with these and the yellow gears will have enough room to move.In the other photo, replace the yellow gear highlighted in red with one of the gray pieces, if you bought the motor for this kit, which does make operating the project a lot easier, you should have extras. If you did not buy the motor, use one of them from step 127. They tend to fall off anyway. The blue rubber band they provide also looks great but when assembled it creates more of a hassle when operating than anything else.Lastly, the rod attached to the pump has a tip at the end which will block the "steering wheels" on step 177. Squish it with some pliers and it will fit fine.Overall while there are some challenges with this product it was worth it in the end, the outcome functions great and it is huge.

Don't buy this. The instructions are not included. You have to scan a QR code and then enter a secret number. You can then download a pdf file of "instructions". It's really just a bunch of poorly illustrated photos. There are no part numbers, directions, no nothing. You are given several plastic bags full of parts and it's up to you so figure it all out.No directions, no part numbers, no nothing. The parts bags aren't even marked.Don't buy this. It's junk.
