Just a white color. Cool white since no yellow or other colors. My product review should be up soon **Q: Are these waterproof or water resistant?** A: I do not think so. They are plug and play style so my thoughts are that they are not waterproof. There are openings where water could get in so I’m pretty sure they are not. **Q: Are these cool touch or do they get hot?** A: To answer this question I just walked up to mine which have been on all day and touched one and there is so little heat coming from the light that I would almost just say there is no heat coming from it at all. They are very bright, very easy to install and so far seem to be doing really good being turned on for 8hrs a day.
